V posledním měsíci média neustále předhazují informace o pádu Čínských akcií a tragické situaci v Číně.
I současné tempo růstu Čínské ekonomiky je samozřejmě neudržitelné. Sedmi procentním růstem dlouhodobě žádná ekonomika neroste. Někteří, v mainstreamu méně populární experti tvrdí - "vůbec nic se nestane, když Čína na chvilku spadne do recese, zase se zvedne a pofrčí normálním, udržitelným tempem". Mzdy v ČLR rostou, domácí poptávka také, snižuje se závislost na ostatních velmocích... Když se někde postaví most, má to kladný vliv na ekonomický růst, měl by se tam ale následující rok postavit další most, jen aby rostla ekonomika? Ekonomika v ČLR rostla velmi rychle, zejména díky výstavbě měst. Teď je třeba do té výstavby také dostat lidi, aby nevznikala města duchů. Zalidnění měst se daří... Média budou informovat o katastrofě, až se Čína přiblíží k recesi, ale kvalita života v ČLR nadále poroste. Omezená výroba má také svá pozitiva, aspoň se jim pročistí vzduch :)

Ve výstavbě výškových budov pro rok 2015 nemá Čína konkurenci. Tento rok je prvním kdy se v ČLR vystavělo víc výškových budov nad 300 metrů než ve zbytku světa. Tu nejvyšší má na svědomí opět Čína. V roce 2015 se roztrhl pytel s dostavěnými mrakodrapy. Celkem jich bylo dokončeno 20, což je přibližně dvojnásobek toho co svět vyprodukuje za běžný rok.

To nelze tvrdit o srovnatelné Indii, která se topí nejen ve smogu, ale také v odpadcích a kvalita života je zde propastně nižší. Proč ČT neinformuje o zemích kde rodiče prodávají zejména západním zbohatlíkům/turistům své děti na sex, aby vůbec přežili? Proč neinformuje tak vehementně o utrpení Indického lidu, kde jsou zadluženým rodinám často unášeny děti, opět kvůli sexu se zbohatlíky. Ano, i toto je kapitalismus a jeho oběti, o těch ale ČT nikdy moc neinformuje, důležité jsou pouze oběti komunismu, oběti kapitalismu neexistují. ČLR má své velké problémy a mnoho lidí zde trpí. Nelze jí ale vytrhnout z jejího geopolitického prostředí a čekat, že bude fungovat tisíckrát lépe než okolní státy. Ve srovnání s jinými asijskými nebo dokonce africkými státy jsou zde lidská práva na velmi vysoké úrovni a kvalita života zde v následujících dekádách zajisté slušně poroste.

Na rozdíl od tvrzení ČT, Čínský boom ve výstavbě nemá vrchol za sebou, naopak. Na vrchol se dostal letos a minimálně 5 let na něm zůstane, co bude pak je dnes těžké odhadnout. Do roku 2020 bude mít Čína minimálně 120 budov nad 300m, to bude větší počet než jaký bude mít zbytek světa dohromady. Do roku 2015 na území Číny nestála jediná budova vyšší 500. metrů. A jak tomu bude v následujících 5 letech?
2015 - Shanghai Tower (632) byla dokončena letos, do konce roku by měla být otevřena pro veřejnost.
2016 - budou dokončeny budovy CTF Guangzhou (530) a Pingan IFC (600 - 660). Spekuluje se, že budova Pingan IFC bude redukována o 60 metrů, tedy na rovných 600 oproti původním plánům. Počet pater by zůstal stejný.
